President's Message

My name is Tim Meador and I'm the founder of eSellHouse.com P.S.C. Let me tell you a little about myself and the company. The P.S.C. stands for Professional Services Corporation. We did not want to be just another .com, Inc. or LLC. We distinguish ourselves as actual professionals in the marketplace and conduct ourselves in that manner.

In my early days, I was employed in management by a fortune 100 company. This company trained me well in how to manage and work with all different types of people and problems. After 6 years I left to start my own business. This carried me through the years as I ran a successful appraisal company called Meador Group, Inc. However, the industry has changed dramatically over the years.

eSellHouse was developed to better serve the real estate community, its agents and the customer. My background is well grounded in the real estate appraisal industry. In 22 years I have been involved in over 20,000 real estate transactions and have heard and seen just about everything. I have also been a real estate broker for 22 years and have had many good experiences and not so good experiences and understand what it takes to keep transactions moving to the closing table. I earned my professional SRA designation from the world renowned Appraisal Institute back in 1992. Back then, it normally took 5 to 6 years to earn the SRA designation. We had additional testing, peer reviews, and had to write a demonstration report covering the macro and micro economics in establishing the value of a property. These years of experience, I believe, are invaluable for this venture.

I have listened to brokers, real estate agents, and mortgage professionals complain about work conditions, management problems, fees, cost of doing business and promises that could not be kept. Over the years the stories began to have a similiar tone and a common thread came together from agents with all different backgrounds. At that point, I simply decided there had to be a better way to run a real estate company.
